About Us

The Difference Is In The Details

Sippy Downs Plumbing & Drains has been proudly serving homes and businesses throughout Sippy Downs and the wider Sunshine Coast region for over 20 years, tackling everything from blocked drains to complex sewer line repairs. Our team lives and works locally, so we understand the older pipework common around Buderim and the newer developments near the University of the Sunshine Coast. Whether you need a leaking tap fixed, a stormwater issue sorted, or a full CCTV drain inspection, we bring the same level of care and attention to every job.

What truly sets us apart is our commitment to honest, transparent service. Every quote comes with upfront fixed pricing, so you'll never be caught out by hidden costs once the work is underway. Our Tidy Tradie guarantee means we treat your home with the same respect we'd want for our own, leaving your property as clean as we found it. Backed by a lifetime workmanship guarantee, you can trust the job's been done properly the first time.

    A Message From Our Founder

    Built On Honesty, Not Shortcuts

    Sam Proctor

    Sam Proctor

    Founder

I started Sippy Downs Plumbing & Drains because I was tired of seeing homeowners overcharged and left with half-finished jobs. Over the past 20 years, we've grown by sticking to a simple idea: turn up, do the work properly, and charge a fair price from the outset.

Every job we take on, whether it's a blocked drain in Sippy Downs or a full pipe relining project across the Sunshine Coast, gets the same level of care we'd want for our own homes. That's the standard I expect from every plumber who wears our uniform.

    Our Promise

We promise upfront pricing, respectful tradespeople, and a lifetime workmanship guarantee on every job we complete, with no fine print attached.

    Our Approach

We combine old-fashioned reliability with modern tools like CCTV drain cameras and thermal leak detection, so problems get diagnosed accurately and fixed efficiently.
